Glisten & Glow Matte Top Coat

Looking for a matte top coat, look no further! This one is everything! Dries totally matte in a very short time and very matte. It has a great consistency, not too thick and applies like a dream. Total Dry time is approx. 5-7 minutes (varies based on customers climate)

*please allow all layers of the Polish to dry then add a top coat such as Glisten & Glow top coat to the mani, allow that to also fully dry then add a thin layer of the matte top coat and allow to fully dry*
